Berlin will komfortables Wohnen und
immer mehr der alten Nachbarn
nennen ihre Venen erogene Zone.
So wars bei dem von nebenan
und auch bei dem von oben drüber.
Sie teilten sich die gleiche Nadel,
waren sozusagen fast wie Brüder.
Wie Brüder sind sie auch verreckt.
Ganz zum Vorteil von nem Dritten.
Im Immobilienprospekt
Steht neuer Wohnraum zum Vermieten.

Bald wird mein Körper zwangssaniert,
wenn ich nicht selber renoviere.
Innenraumausbau statt der Leber und hey...

An apartment is growing on my head.
Berlin wants comfortable living and
more and more of the old neighbors
call their veins erogenous zones.
So it was for the one next door
and also for the one above.
They shared the same needle,
they were almost like brothers.
Like brothers, they are also wasted.
To the benefit of someone else.
In the real estate catalog
there is new housing space for rent.

Soon my body will be forced to reconstruct,
if I do not renovate myself.
Interior build-out instead of the liver and hey...
what do I need the kidneys for?
Everything according to the latest crappy standard.
Latest advanced technology.
Terrace instead of the plastic liver.
Distraction from big city bustle.
And if something happens to me,
this is to the benefit of someone else.
In the real estate catalog
there is new housing space for rent.

Tourism and holiday brochures
promise sun over Berlin
and in the shadow of the TV tower
we live just to exist.
